We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our growing team in Ypsilanti.

Position Details
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Must be able to work Second shift (3p-11p)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in a small group home setting
- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and dining support
- Assist with* personal care tasks*, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Encourage participation in engaging activities that promote socialization and overall well-being
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (must be 18 years or older)
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
