PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist with subspecialty training or strong experience in Cytopathology to join our high-volume, collaborative pathology team in Greenville, South Carolina. This full-time role offers a strong emphasis on cytopathology while maintaining a required general surgical pathology component within a large, subspecialty-supported practice environment.

- Primary focus on cytopathology cases (gynecologic and non-gynecologic)
- General surgical pathology sign-out is a required part of the position
