We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing claims efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and reviewed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and file management to ensure underwriting files are complete and compliant.
- Communicate with internal teams, agents, and customers to obtain required information and documentation.
- Take inquiries from clients inquiring about obtaining policies.
- Maintain a customer service–oriented approach in all interactions, promoting professionalism and responsiveness.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and support overall business goals.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support underwriting and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Two (2) years of college or at least one (1) year of equivalent work experience preferred.
- Customer Service Experience is preferred
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
