We're partnering with a well-established, privately held General Contractor with decades of history delivering complex commercial work across the Southeast to find a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on a major multi-building interior renovation program in Atlanta, GA.

What You'll Own
- Full field leadership across multiple concurrent workfronts in an active, occupied facility
- Building, driving, and recovering a tight schedule across numerous subcontractors and trades
- Renovation and interior expansion work in a live operational setting — navigating existing-condition surprises, phased shutdowns, and access restrictions
- Day-to-day self-perform crew coordination and jobsite safety oversight
- Serving as a client-facing ambassador for the company, including direct interaction with architects, engineers, and owner representatives
- Driving quality and schedule accountability across a high-visibility, high-stakes program
What We're Looking For
- ✅ Proven senior-level field leadership on complex commercial or renovation projects
- ✅ Experience working in live, operational environments preferred — airport, transit, or other occupied-facility renovation work is a strong plus, but comparable operational settings are welcome
- ✅ Strong schedule ownership — someone who can build, manage, and recover a schedule under pressure
- ✅ Current OSHA 30-Hour certification
- ✅ Full acceptance of a night-shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:00 AM)
- ✅ Polished communication skills and comfort representing the company in front of clients and design teams
