Pathfinder Village seeks a dedicated administrator to lead our private school in providing a high-quality education to help students achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will bring innovative practices to our small school and will lead our faculty in assessment, instruction, and refinement of school wide goals, specifically achieving student outcomes and fostering a nurturing atmosphere for all students.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversight of daily operations at Pathfinder Village School, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment
Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement a specialty curriculum tailored to the needs of students with a variety of diagnoses
Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to maintain a sense of community
Mentor teachers, clinicians, and assistants in their professional development
Oversight of Otsego Academy, our post-secondary program for young adults
Required Qualifications
Minimum of BA/BS in Education or related human service field
Certification as a school administrator or eligible to obtain
Annual salary starts at $90,000
