What You’ll Do
- Support and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
- Serve as a key contact for clients—answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service.
- Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and cancellations accurately and on time.
- Assist senior account managers and producers in identifying client needs and recommending coverage options.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date client information in the agency management system.
- Provide guidance and assistance during claims and policy changes.
- Stay current on carrier products, market trends, and policy updates.
- 1–2 years of customer service, office, or insurance experience preferred (training provided).
- Texas Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and building trusted relationships.
