GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Responsible for the quality control of documentation, chart and data tracking, reporting and follow up in the oversight, maintenance, and accessibility of client records for audit compliance for the workshops.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfills duties and responsibilities associated with monitoring charts and documentation.
- Coordination of chart documentation and required signatures.
- Performs data entry of required compliance or related data or information.
- Maintains accurate spreadsheets and databases as required.
- Possesses the ability to create and run reports as required.
- Performs tracking of compliance documentation and reports.
- Processes Intake assessments for quality and compliance.
- Monitors and tracks data sheets for accuracy and completion and files.
- Enters and/or monitors DD billing and checks for accuracy.
- Follows up with instructors and supervisors regarding errors and/or negative findings.
- Performs Quality Assurance chart reviews.
- Gathers signatures for data collections.
- Prepares and distributes memos, correspondence.
- Provides training on payroll entry and data collection for new instructors.
- Completes special projects or periodic data entry.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma/GED, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school and/or specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 2 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
