SUMMARY
Keeps offices, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairways, docks, courtrooms, and administrative areas in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
MONDAY-FRIDAY, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE; 7:30AM-1:00PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, strips, waxes and polishes floors and cleans carpets.
- Cleans and disinfects offices, hallways, entries/exits, lounges, classrooms, and other work areas.
- Empties wastebaskets, trash cans, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Replenishes restroom supplies.
- Cleans and disinfects restroom walls, doors, partitions, lavatories, showers, mirrors, and other fixtures.
- Performs high and low dusting.
- Cleans glass, doors, trim, and threshold. Cleans and polishes metal and wood.
- Keeps equipment clean and stored properly.
- Empties and disinfects diaper pails.
- Helps assure security of area.
