Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Sales Representative who can bring in new work and expand our
presence. This role focuses on winning contracts, building relationships, and becoming a go-
to partner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new clients (contractors, utilities, municipalities)
• Attend job walks and pre-bid meetings
• Review project scopes and assist with traffic control plans
• Prepare bids, proposals, and close deals
• Maintain client relationships and generate repeat business
• Track upcoming projects and market opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in construction, utilities, or traffic control sales
• Familiarity with bidding processes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
Nice to Have:
• Existing industry relationships
• Knowledge of Caltrans, MUTCD
• Estimating experience
Compensation:
