The Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for the company. The Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering telephone calls and will provide administrative support across the organization. The Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant will handle the flow of phone calls through the business and ensures that all receptionist/ administration assistant responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
This position can evolve into a Supervisory role.

Receptionist Job Duties
- Answers all incoming calls in a timely (within three rings) and professional manner demonstrating appropriate customer service.
- Directs incoming calls appropriately while maintaining confidentiality; taking messages and relaying them in a timely manner; and demonstrating appropriate customer services with both internal and external customers.
- Provide appropriate information to callers.
- Adheres to PathAdvantage policies, procedures, all safety plans, and all standards imposed by regulatory organizations.
- Adheres to HIPAA policies.
- Receive and sort mail/ fax and deliveries.
- Distributes medical records.
- Handle customer complaint calls and address them with managers.
- Ensuring all required paperwork are completed.
- Update company directory annually or as needed.
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning, faxing and filing.
- Regular attendance and timeliness is required.
- All other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma
- Administrative Support-2 year of experience
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Keyboard skills
