Job Description — Art Fair Event Assistant (Red Dot Miami) Path to Art NY Project is seeking Part-Time Event Assistants to support our booth at Red Dot Miami during Miami Art Week, taking place December 2–7, 2025 in Wynwood, Miami. This short-term role is ideal for students, emerging creatives, art lovers, or anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in the art industry.You may choose the dates and time slots that fit your schedule.✨ ResponsibilitiesAssist with booth setup and breakdownWelcome visitors and provide basic artwork/artist introductionsSupport visitor flow and answer simple questionsMaintain booth presentation and organizationAssist with light artwork handling (training provided)Help with simple sales-related inquiriesTake photos or short clips for social media (optional)Work with the Path to Art team on daily booth needs✨ RequirementsFriendly, polite, and professionalInterest in art or exhibitions (preferred, not required)Able to stand/walk for extended periodsGood communication skillsEnglish required; Spanish/Mandarin is a plusPunctual and responsible✨ Work Schedule (Choose Your Available Time) December 2 (Setup Day)• 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM December 3 (Preview Day)• 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM December 4–7 (Fair Days)• Anytime between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM(You may choose full shift or partial hours within this timeframe)
