Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead with purpose — plan, organize, train, and inspire your team to meet and exceed goals in service, quality, and profitability.
- Ensure every guest experience shines through attentive, friendly, and genuine hospitality.
- Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation.
- Oversee and optimize cost controls, cash handling, and financial reporting.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier team that shares your passion for excellence.
- Support and empower managers through coaching, accountability, and career growth.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing to balance business needs with labor goals.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging diverse guests and staff.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in food & beverage management or operations.
- Excellent financial acumen and POS system proficiency.
- Physical stamina — ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and hands-on leadership style.
- Current ServSafe Certification required.
