What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient individual therapy for adolescents and adults
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat a wide range of behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient's needs
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers to coordinate patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive therapeutic environment
• Empower patients through education and wellness-focused strategies

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut license as one of the following:
• LCSW
• LPC
• LMFT
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
• Experience providing outpatient therapy preferred
• Passion for collaborative, patient-centered care
• Interest in integrative and holistic behavioral health
• Experience with trauma-informed care is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
