Project Manager II (SWPPP/Autocad) - Winter Springs, FL
Path Light Pro is seeking a dynamic and talented Full-Time Project Manager II to join our team! - Create Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) for construction activities, including preparing permits, maps, and associated documents to comply with NPDES requirements
- Ability to process Notice of Intent (NOI) and Notice of Termination (NOT)
- Create and edit map drawings, import engineered construction drawings (AutoCAD)
- Review construction plans and permits to obtain needed information of site details
- Research site information (soils, topography, permits, etc.) to navigate state and federal GIS sites
- Create and assess the best solution for the client's needs as it pertains to soil characteristics, topographical features, surrounding impaired waters, information provided from Phase 1, Phase 2, ESA's, etc.
- Build knowledge of local and national stormwater regulations using day to day experience with construction general permits
- Maintain constant high levels of written and verbal communication both internally/externally as well as with clients
- Assist as needed with reviews of SWPPPs/Projects for quality project deliveries
- Assist in template preparation and updates as needed
- Serve as a team lead for Lennar, DR Horton, and new project types and markets
- Assist in new hire training efforts as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Training Certification or Associates Degree in Drafting or Engineering Technology preferred but not required
- Working knowledge in AutoCAD is a must, AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Basic knowledge of construction, civil engineering principles, practices and methods as applicable to a stormwater design desired
- Highly detailed oriented, strong problem solving, documentation and research as well as analytical skills
- Team-oriented but able to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of topography maps
