What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Path Engineering?
Pay rate is negotiable and based on experience.
The maintenance technician will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, preparing units for new tenants, completing service requests in a timely manner, and general housekeeping/grounds keeping to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents and visitors.
Must be motivated, available to work in all weather conditions and “on call” for emergencies. (This will be on a rotating basis)

The ideal candidate would be experienced with service and repair in the following areas:
- Appliance Repair
- Electrical
- Basic Plumbing
- HVAC experience (preferred)
- Drywall
- Painting
**Additional Qualifications: **
- Ability to communicate effectively, detail oriented, willing to learn new skills.
- Driver's license or ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.
- Must be willing to respond and be available when on-call
- Pre-employment drug screening, physical and background check will be required
