Path Construction is seeking a motivated Estimating Engineer to join our team in Arlington Heights, IL. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the estimating team and senior estimators throughout the bid process
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist with cost estimates
- Prepare and manage bid packages
- Assist with subcontractor outreach and bid procurement
- Track and manage RFIs during the bidding phase
- Support cost analysis and bid comparisons
- Assist with scheduling and project planning efforts
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
- Contribute to accurate, competitive, and high-quality bids
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- 1 years of construction estimating experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project
- Experience with On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000
