Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner Subcontractor to maintain cleanliness and safety across various commercial facilities (like Daycare/Preschool, Car Dealership, and Offices) in North Dallas, including Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Allen and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, and experience in custodial services. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work independently while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep. Candidates must be able to commute to, and work in commercial facilities in Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Allen, Lewisville and surrounding cities in North Dallas
Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in commercial and industrial settings
- Apply custodial techniques for cleaning restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain detailed records of completed work and report any issues or damages
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed promptly to meet client standards and schedules
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, especially in commercial or industrial environments
- Experience with other specialized cleaning techniques is advantageous
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and porter responsibilities is beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to facility cleanliness
Pay: $18.00 per hour
