What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Truck Driver Class A position at Patgon Trucking LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a variety of truck tractors
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
- Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of vehicles as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a truck driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- HAZMAT and Tanker endorsement is required
- Ability to safely operate trucks in various weather conditions and terrains.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,201.26 - $1,646.68 per week
