Qualifications
- Hold a New Jersey Teacher Certification K-12 in accordance with the requirements of NJ State Standards with Bilingual Endorsement
- Knowledge of the NJCCCS. WIDA Standards and mandated state testing
- Knowledge of the New Jersey State Learning Standards
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of teaching content in Spanish
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with grade level colleagues to provide individualized, yet rigorous instruction in Bilingual Strategies
- Demonstrate knowledge of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management
- Experience working with students in various grades levels in various content areas
- Knowledge of assessment and data analysis for instructional purposes
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
