We are a family-owned and operated company managing residential, commercial, and condominium properties throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, a company vehicle, uniforms, benefits, and year-round work.
Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
- Perform general carpentry repairs including drywall, patching, taping, mudding, trim work, locksets, doors, cabinet hardware, and siding repairs
- Complete plumbing repairs including faucets, toilets, drain traps, clogs, fixture replacements, and related maintenance
- Perform basic electrical repairs including outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, breakers, and GFCI devices
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects
- Perform minor roofing, masonry, fencing, and gate repairs
- Assist with apartment turnovers and property improvement projects
- Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Work with subcontractors when specialized trades are required
- Communicate professionally with residents, property owners, vendors, and team members
- Utilize company software and tablets to document work performed
- Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, construction, remodeling, facilities maintenance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and develop practical solutions
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and maintenance software
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Property management maintenance experience
- Trade school education or vocational training
- Experience with apartment turnovers and residential maintenance
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other trade certifications
