This is a contract and commission-based role for an Independent Whole Sales Representative, based in New York, NY, with a hybrid work structure allowing some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with potential wholesale clients, presenting product collections, negotiating sales agreements, and meeting sales objectives. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, staying informed about industry trends, and representing the brand at relevant events or trade shows.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Experience in wholesale, fashion, or accessories market is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of sustainable fashion or interest in ethical and socially responsible business practices
