The Role:
We are looking for an AI Systems Architect to design and scale our next-generation autonomous agent infrastructure. You will own the architecture behind multi-agent orchestration, real-time task execution pipelines, and self-healing AI systems that operate 24/7 with zero human intervention.
This is not a prompt engineering role. This is deep systems work at the intersection of AI, distributed computing, and product engineering.
What You Will Do:
Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks with autonomous task routing, QA gates, and circuit breaker patterns.
Architect LLM-powered pipelines that handle 1M token contexts with adaptive memory layers.
Build self-monitoring infrastructure: health checks, anomaly detection, auto-recovery.
Own the full stack from model integration to production deployment Claude, Gemini, open-source models.
Design scalable data pipelines for real-time content generation across text, image, video, and audio.
Collaborate directly with the founder and CEO on product strategy and technical vision.
What We Are Looking For:
5 years in software architecture, with at least 2 years building AI or ML systems in production.
Deep understanding of LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering at scale.
Experience with Python, Node.js, Next.js, AWS, or similar modern stacks.
Familiarity with autonomous systems: task scheduling, event-driven architectures, background daemons.
Strong opinions on AI safety, reliability, and graceful degradation.
Bonus: experience with computer vision, generative media pipelines, or legal tech.
