We currently have an opening for an AP Clerk.
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for the daily input of Accounts Payable invoices, processing incoming/outgoing mail, answering phone calls, and providing support to management.
Responsibilities:
- Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Tracking, posting, and charging expenses to accounts and jobs accordingly
- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
- Tracking W-9's and insurance certificates for subcontractors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Filing and organizing documents
- Performing general office duties
- Assisting with special projects as needed
- Managing and placing supply orders

Knowledge of the following software is beneficial: Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Sage 300 CRE. Construction office experience a plus.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as an AP Clerk (No Exceptions)
- Experience in the trades or construction industry preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
This is a full-time position, on-site, with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Potential for flexible hours can be discussed, 30-40 hours weekly.
Wage $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
