Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell products based on customer needs.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain stock levels, ensuring shelves are well-organized and replenished as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively sell merchandise.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales.
- Strong upselling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is essential.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
