Patco products are sold in every major retailer, including Costco, H.E.B., Kroger’s, Target, Walmart, and Whole Foods Market, just to name a few.



Position Summary:  


The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for weekly service and retail account calls in the assigned territory. It includes daily work assignments, account tracking, merchandising, and building relationships with wholesalers to grow, manage, and execute distribution in a competitive retail environment.



Key Responsibilities: 

  • This role will focus on increasing distribution and volume sales in key accounts by increasing brand share.
  • Analyze KARMA sales data to make fact-based selling decisions and identify growth opportunities. 
  •  Liaison between Patco and Wholesaler partners for key accounts. Specific accounts will be identified by Patco Regional Manager to drive strategic direction. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Patco Regional Manager to formulate plans and strategies for key accounts.
  • Create and implement innovative and effective sales strategies to overcome objections in the field.
  • Leverage marketing resources during promotional periods to maximize sales and enhance brand presence.
  • Monitor competitors' merchandising strategies and sales trends in the field.
  • Participate in Wholesaler team meetings with the Patco Regional Manager to evaluate and establish objectives for programming based on the targeted channel.
  • Submit reports as required in a timely manner to the Patco Regional Manager
  • Participating in sales blitz activities, conducting surveys, and managing key account initiatives. 
  • Responsible for implementing Patco’s retail pricing strategies for each brand to ensure competitiveness in the market.


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • The position requires basic knowledge and skills in the following areas: Selling Skills, Business Understanding, Category Management, Analysis, Planning and Execution, and Organizational Development.
  • Selling Skills must possess the basic knowledge and skills necessary to execute fact-based solution selling.
  • Strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining acute attention to detail.
  • Skilled in relationship management
  • Effective communication skills and a thorough understanding of process management and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates approachability, composure, and customer focus. Demonstrates leadership skills to influence distributor and retailer actions.
  • 3 years of distributor management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must share company values: integrity, respect, value creation, compliance, and customer focus.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work in an evolving environment with enthusiasm.
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Windows, Office, Excel, and Google Docs.


Compensation: $65,000-75,000 per year
