Job Summary
PatchMaster Drywall Finishing Company, a growing national brand, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team of drywall repair specialists. We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of construction and repair skills, enabling them to effectively address various repair and restoration tasks. This role requires hands-on experience in multiple areas of construction, including but not limited to quality drywall repair, light carpentry, and water damage restoration.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable and presentable, and can follow a specific processes. The Repair Technician will work on-site, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards while adhering to safety protocols.

The technician is expected to have experience in drywall repair, drywall installation, drywall finishing or general home repair and home remolding.

Candidates should have experience in the following areas:
- Site experience
- Light Carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry)
- Water damage restoration and mold remediation
- Plastering and stucco application
- Interior painting
- Metal stud drywall Mounting
- Salary based on experience and qualifications. Performance bonuses in addition to base pay is possible after training period.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
5 years of working with drywall installation or repairs required
Experience in construction, carpentry, or home repair a plus
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record

Ability to work by yourself or with a team
