Senior Associate Attorney – Complex Commercial Litigation (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Key Details:
- Base Salary: Up to $225K, plus bonuses and excellent benefits
- Experience Level: 7–15 years
- Billable Requirement: 1,800 hours
- Schedule: Fully in-office with episodic WFH flexibility
- Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
What You’ll Do:
- Handle a diverse docket of complex business and commercial litigation matters.
- Represent clients in state and federal court, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery at a high level.
- Lead depositions, hearings, and trial prep, and manage client strategy.
- Advise on corporate disputes, fiduciary matters, and internal investigations.
- Collaborate directly with partners and mentor junior team members.
Who You Are:
- Florida-licensed attorney with 7–15 years of litigation experience.
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
- Comfortable managing cases independently and contributing to team strategy.
- Experience with business torts, contract disputes, or commercial investigations preferred.
