Car Wash Attendant

The car wash attendant is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities & duties to include, but not limited to:

• Provide customers with speedy customer service while showing a sense of urgency. Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner.
• Provide customers with information on the VIP PASSES.
• Maintain clean equipment, tools, supplies and work area. Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.
• Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized.
• Guide cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant and competent demeanor.
• Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel.
• Follow quality and safety standards and practices to maintain a safe work environment. Report safety or maintenance issues to management.
• Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them daily as needed.
• Display a positive attitude with fellow co-workers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long period of times.
• Must be able to stand/walk duration of shift.
• Must be able to work independently and sustain quality.
• Be able to maintain a positive attitude, speedy service and great work ethic under pressure.
• Customer Service orientated
• Must have knowledge in computer skills
• How to run a cash drawer
• Can lift at least 50lbs
• Willing and eager to learn new things

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
