Pat Gallagher’s Hospitality Group is home to some of the Northshore’s most celebrated restaurants, known for white-tablecloth dining, fresh Gulf seafood, and true Southern hospitality. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead our front-of-house teams. This role is ideal for seasoned hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to manage both people and performance in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
Multiple locations are available within our group, offering opportunities to match your expertise and leadership style with the right concept and team.
Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest experiences

Hire, train, and develop front-of-house staff, cultivating a culture of professionalism and hospitality

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls

Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain consistency between service and cuisine

Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards

Foster strong relationships with guests, staff, and the local community to enhance brand reputation
Qualifications

Proven success as a General Manager or senior management role in fine dining or upscale restaurants

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team

Expertise in financial management, staff scheduling, and operational systems
