Job Description:

As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service during their dining experience. Your warm and attentive approach will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner, guiding them to their tables and providing menus.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently, following established presentation standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Offer recommendations to guests based on their preferences and menu items.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
• Check in with diners to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues or requests.
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience.
• Adhere to restaurant policies, safety guidelines, and responsible beverage service standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or similar setting is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions (training will be provided).
• A passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
