Paszkiewicz Court Reporting is a nationwide litigation services provider serving law firms and businesses throughout the U.S. We are seeking talented individuals to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Production Representative reviews deposition transcripts taken in all types of litigation, organizes documents associated with the deposition and ensures that all signature requirements are fulfilled within the U.S.
This is a full-time position which reports to the Production Manager.
Qualifications:

- Computer literacy
- Prior experience with proofreading and document review preferred
- Ability to learn various software platforms and Microsoft applications
- Self-starter who is motivated to grow within the company
- Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Maintains confidentiality of documents
Job Duties
- Communicates with independent contractors and clients with tact and professionalism
- Performs quality checks of transcripts and adheres to Company guidelines
- Organizes and labels documents per Company policy
- Prioritizes and executes workflow based on client and department need
- Communicates with team to ensure protocol consistency
- Manages general emails
- Studies and executes signature process per state guidelines
- Miscellaneous duties as needed by the production team
Salary : $17 - $20
