Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented pastry cook. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic bakery environment where your love for pastry will shine.
Schedule: From 1pm to 9pm
Sundays off
Responsibilities
- In charge of making mixes and batters for our daily operation.
- In charge of baking Sponges, brownies, cookies, etc
- Follow our recipes to detail to keep up with our standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures at all timesRequirements
- Previous experience as a pastry cook baker will be ideal.
- We will provide training for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with culinary tools used in baking and pastry work
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with packaging baked goods for retail or wholesale sale preferred
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
