The Pastry Academy is looking for a highly motivated, independent Culinary Student Enrollment Recruiter to help us consistently fill our upcoming pastry programs.
Our goal is to enroll 24 new students every 7 weeks
This is a commission-only, performance-based opportunity for an experienced salesperson or recruiter with a proven ability to identify, engage, and convert high-quality prospects. Experience in high-ticket sales, culinary or hospitality recruiting, and educational sales, is highly valued.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following:
- High-ticket sales
- Quality lead generation
- 2–5 years of experience in Hospitality/culinary recruiting
- Social media prospecting
- Educational sales
You should also have:
- Ability to speak intelligently about culinary careers, professional kitchens, pastry, baking, and career opportunities
- Ideally understands what motivates someone to invest in professional culinary education
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Professional phone presence
- Strong email communication
- Comfortable speaking with students from different backgrounds and age groups
- Ability to communicate with parents, career changers, young professionals, and international students
You do not necessarily need previous education experience. If you're an excellent salesperson who knows how to find and convert prospects, we'd like to hear from you.
Compensation
Commission-based only, no hourly requirement.
You will earn a commission for each qualified student you personally recruit who enrolls at The Pastry Academy.
There is no hourly requirement or traditional salary structure. This opportunity is designed for someone who is motivated by performance and wants the ability to earn based directly on results.

Our priority is: Qualified Prospect → Consultation → Deposit → Enrolled Student
Our target is 24 new students enrolled in each of our 7 week sessions. We are looking for someone who is serious about building a consistent enrollment pipeline.
