Restaurant Manager | AM/DAY Opening Shifts

Multiple James Beard Award–winning restaurateurs Stephen Starr and Keith McNally partnered for the revival of Pastis NYC, the legendary French restaurant that crafted the Meatpacking District into the dining destination it is today. Serving traditional French fare with a newly invigorated soul, the restaurant’s classic curved zinc bar, outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors, mosaic-tiled floor, and gold-tinged lighting, evokes nostalgia. Offering breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner, guests can enjoy gathering at any time of day — or visit us at Pastis Miami, Washington, D.C., Nashville, and soon, West Palm Beach.

Now Hiring: A lead-by-example Restaurant Manager who loves to train and mentor their team and thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. This role includes core day shifts beginning at 6 AM or 7 AM and requires schedule flexibility to support the restaurant’s full operating hours as needed.

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

• A base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000

• 3 years of progressive management experience in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant
• Excellent communication and critical thinking decision-making skills
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse hourly FOH staff of at least 35 people
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
• A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
