What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor position at Pastir Automotive?
We are looking for someone who is Happy, Friendly and excited about life. You must enjoy talking to people and project a genuinely caring attitude. You will be interacting with customers both in person and over the phone. Grumpy people need not apply!
This position includes, but is not limited to:
- Building relationships with clients
- Answering phones
- Keeping our lobby and restroom tidy
- Making "Thank you" phone calls
- Making Customer Satisfaction phone calls
- Making "Next Appointment" reminder phone calls.
- Typing skills will be important; comfort with spreadsheets and/or ledgers would be a bonus.
As training progresses, you will be able to:
- Prepare service estimates
- Sell service work
- Communicate sold work to service technicians
No prior experience in our industry is necessary but is a strong plus. Both guys and gals are encouraged to apply. We will provide any training needed to thrive in this position! ATTITUDE is the key to success.
