About the role
We are seeking a full-time Service Technician who takes pride in careful work, clear communication, and helping customers solve pest problems. This role serves customers in Anne Arundel County and Baltimore.
Pay: $40,000–$50,000 per year.
What you'll do
- Inspect properties for pest activity, entry points, and conditions that contribute to infestations.
- Carry out pest-control services according to company procedures, product instructions, and safety requirements.
- Perform pest-exclusion work, such as sealing or patching identified entry points.
- Explain findings, completed services, and practical prevention recommendations to customers.
- Keep accurate service notes and communicate follow-up needs.
- Maintain tools and equipment and keep work areas orderly.
- Treat customers and their property with care.
