Job Description
We are looking for a dependable team member to assist with food preparation in our commissary kitchen. Responsibilities may vary depending on skill level and kitchen needs.
***This position requires basic butchering skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment***
Schedule & Pay
- 35 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours
- $20 per hour
- Start time: 6:00am
Responsibilities
- Food preparation
- Basic butchering tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Assisting with inventory organization and receiving orders as needed
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong knife skills and Knowledge with meat and seafood portioning
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Food preparation experience preferred
- Management or leadership experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ordering experience is a plus
- Inventory knowledge is a plus
