Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in driving new partnership opportunities and expanding market presence for Passport Technology. Responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, developing sales strategies, and identifying growth opportunities within the payments and gaming sectors. This is a full-time on-site role located in Southeast region of the US, requiring close collaboration with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
- Strong proficiency in Negotiation, Account Management, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong proficiency working in a CRM program, specifically Salesforce
- Willingness to cold call and possess "hunter" mentality to grow Passport's footprint in the territory
- Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Knowledge of Financial Services, Payments, and the Gaming Industry is highly desirable
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated industry with attention to detail
- Demonstrated success in scaling markets or developing new revenue streams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Willingness to be based in the Southeast region of the US and able travel as needed
