Network Security Engineer and Support

About the Role:

As a Network Security Engineer and Support, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. You will also provide technical support to our internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth network operations. Your expertise in network security, troubleshooting, and optimization will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our network systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security, and optimization.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in network-related fields, such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP.
• Experience with cloud-based network solutions, such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with network automation tools, such as Ansible or Puppet.
• Experience with VoIP and video conferencing technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
• Configure and maintain network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal network operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to provide technical support and resolve network-related issues.
• Implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, viruses, and other security threats.
