Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Generalist who will help elevate our brand, attract franchise prospects, and support our network with high-quality, ready-to-use marketing tools. If you love blending creativity, strategy, and execution and enjoy making an impact across a national real estate brand, this role is for you.

As our Marketing Generalist, you will play a central part in developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives designed to strengthen brand awareness, attract new franchisees, and provide meaningful support to our existing network of Executives. You’ll work across digital, print, and social channels to shape campaigns that tell our story effectively while empowering our franchisees to share theirs.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing marketing campaigns that span email, social media, PPC, content marketing, and other channels. You will create engaging written and visual content, ensuring everything aligns with our brand identity and speaks authentically to both consumer audiences and potential franchise partners. You will also manage our digital presence through SEO, SEM, and paid advertising efforts, continually optimizing performance through data-driven analysis.

Supporting our franchisees is a key aspect of this position. You will design user-friendly marketing toolkits, templates, and collateral that help Executives promote themselves effectively within their local markets while maintaining national brand standards. You’ll also contribute to event marketing, helping promote franchise development sessions, webinars, conferences, and internal training events.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of marketing experience (real estate or franchising a strong bonus)
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar tools
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting platforms
• Strong writing, editing, and content-creation skills
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of SEO/SEM and social media best practices
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Creative, curious, and data-driven
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating in a fast-paced environment
