Service Manager
We are seeking an exceptional Service Manager to join our Passport Auto Group retail center team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering premium service experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that each client receives a premium service experience
- Train, motivate, and coach service team members
- Supervise service transactions to ensure vehicles are maintained and repaired in accordance with factory guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in all factors of service department systems, procedures, and controls
- Proven organizational skills
- Client contact experience
- Business planning abilities
- Ability to manage, evaluate, develop, and direct staff
