The Role
We’re hiring a VP of Product to lead product vision, strategy, and execution as we scale from MVP to a category-defining, AI-powered mobile experience. You’ll work closely with the CEO and CTO to shape the roadmap, drive user growth, and build a product that millions rely on to move up in their careers.
What You’ll Own
- Define and drive the product vision across mobile, AI personalization, and apply flows.
- Lead roadmap planning, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to execute quickly and with quality.
- Own metrics across activation, retention, engagement, and premium conversion.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product team as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–12 years leading product at high-growth SaaS or consumer tech companies.
- Experience with mobile products, AI/ML-driven personalization, and growth loops.
- Strong communicator who moves seamlessly between strategy and execution.
- Track record of shipping products that scale and delight users.
