TRILITH PASSION KIDS BLOOM RESIDENT [SEMINARY TRACK]

Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Trilith bloom Passion Kids Team by executing organizations, administrative, and relational needs for the bloom and Passion Kids rooms of our house. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALLSKATES, and blackout dates.
• Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
• Successfully lean in and complete all seminary class assignments on time and with excellence
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA
• Assist with Sunday “point” duties for bloom & Passion Kids team and host teams
• Gather and prepare bloom & Passion Kids curriculum supplies weekly alongside midweek door holder teams
• Order and stock regular supplies for registration desk, bloom & Passion Kids environment and tent spaces weekly
• Order and stock extenuating supplies (back up clothing, etc.) weekly
• Organize and help execute events such as team night, family events and any Door Holder gatherings
• Assist with Door Holder celebrations
• Assist with the care of bloom & Passion Kids Door Holders to ensure they feel known
• Assist with the production of up to date training content for Door Holder teams
• Attend bloom & Passion Kids team meetings, Family Ministry team meetings and Trilith team meetings
• Support and participate in Trilith team initiatives

CLASS WORK SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday: 9am-5pm, all-day Sunday

Seminary (4-5 classes/semester) – 20 hours / week in mandatory study hall Formation

Ministry team – 12-16 hours / week

PLE Team – 4-8 hours / week

This CLASS WORK SCHEDULE provides the general breakdown for the 40-hour work week allotted to you and in no way states or implies that all seminary and/or ministry work can be done in the allotted time for each. Full-time seminary alongside a ministry role is an undertaking that should be responsibility calculated.

Has “hustle” and get it done mentality. Is organized and can clearly communicate vision. Is comfortable around both children and adults and can shift between communicating to either with ease. Has the ability to get to know people quick and genuinely care about their circumstances. Has great familiarity with Passion, culture, and Passion events.
