TRILITH LOCATION RESIDENT
Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church
OBJECTIVE
To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Trilith location team by executing organizational, administrative, and relational needs in assistance to the Trilith Location Pastor. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates
- Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence
- Work alongside the Location Pastor’s office to execute strategic Sunday and location initiatives. This includes but is not limited to hosting rooms and guests, providing Sunday support for Door Holder teams, and serving our teams on special Sunday’s (such as Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas Eve, Above Beyond Sunday, etc.)
- Serve as navigator to Location Pastor on Sundays, midweek events and other events as needed
- Execute administrative responsibilities including but not limited to coordinating guest itineraries, managing cross-functional communications, coordinating meeting schedules set ups etc.
- Champion and represent the theology, culture, and vision of our House in every interaction, embodying excellent hospitality, professionalism, and relational capacity
- Build relationships with the people of our House and work to engage them into the life of PCC

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, all-day Sunday, and variable weeknights

Salary : $5 - $9
