CUMBERLAND COMMUNITY CARE RESIDENT
Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church
OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. The role of the Cumberland Community and Care Resident is to help build Passion City Church Cumberland by working alongside the Community Groups Team and Care Team to build a strong Gospel-Centered Community and to ensure that we are caring for the needs in our House with intentionality, excellence, and timeliness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning, prepping, and organizing of all needs for 5 – 6 Community Group nights per year working with Door Holder’s for coordination and execution of all plans.
- Help with identifying, recruiting, onboarding Cumberland Connect Group Leaders.
- Build relationships with Cumberland Connect Group Leaders and equip them logistically spiritually through regularly meeting up with them.
- Coordinate leader trainings to equip leaders logistically and spiritually.
- Design create reports that summarize and reflect the data of Connect Groups at Passion City Church Cumberland.
- Provide leadership and organization to the Connection Team on Sunday mornings which is designed to get people plugged into our House. Assist in the planning execution of Welcome to Church in order to help people get connected to our House and begin serving.
- Provide assistance to the Cumberland Community Care Leader in the execution of care needs (sending flowers, meals, celebrations of life, etc.)
- Come alongside Experience Team to help with strategies and tasks to improve the overall guest experience.
- Assist Experience Team in the execution of special gathering elements, holiday planning, and any other Cumberland location Door Holder gatherings.

Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, and all-day Sunday
