PASSION COMMUNICATIONS RESIDENT
Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church
OBJECTIVE
To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Marketing Team by executing strategic, clear, and helpful communication across many facets of Passion City Church. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
- Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
- Assist in designing, building, testing, executing, and reporting on email SMS marketing campaigns
- Keep databases organized and up to date
- Manage various reports to ensure data is accurate and refreshed
- Maintain email, paid media, and website performance dashboard
- Coordinate communication with other team members across rooms of our House
- Assist in keeping passioncitychurch.com up to date
- Manage marketing requests and incoming tasks
- Assist in communication strategy for Christmas Eve, Easter, and other events
- Leads organization and upkeep of design assets and photography in Dropbox

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, and all-day Sunday
