515 EXPERIENCE HOSPITALITY RESIDENT
Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church
OBJECTIVE
To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the 515 Experience Hospitality Teams by executing organizational, administrative, and relational needs in assistance to the 515 Experience Director. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
- Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
- Work alongside the 515 Experience Team to execute strategic Sunday gatherings and additional 515 initiatives. This includes but is not limited to support Parking Experience Teams (which include hosting, resources, and seating).
- Collaborate with the 515 Hospitality Team to plan, set, and assist with weekday event and meeting initiatives.
- Execute various administrative responsibilities including but not limited to scheduling Door Holder teams, managing cross-team communications, submitting team expenses, coordinating meeting schedules set ups etc.
- Champion and represent the culture, vision, and theology of our House in every interaction, embodying excellent hospitality, professionalism, and relational capacity.
- Build relationships with young leaders of our House and work to engage them into the life of Passion City. This could include creating coordinating monthly gatherings and other opportunities to build community.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, and all-day Sunday Intermittent weeknight events
