Job Description
- Provide amazing customer service.
- Assist bartenders during busy times.
- Restock bar supplies and inventory for guest’s service.
- Manage closing duties as well as cleaning procedures at the closing time.
- Some time will be able to cover bartender’s duties.
- Preparation of mixed drinks.
- Back up bartenders in the case of a busy shift.
- Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand for the duration of shifts.
- Requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at a given time.
- Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of Passion Restaurant Group products and procedures.
- Available to work flexible hours: early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to provide own transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
