WHO WE ARE
Passion Lilie is a fair-trade fashion brand that blends classic silhouettes with hand-woven ikat and playful block prints — pieces that are timeless by design and effortless to style. Every item is ethically handmade in small batches by artisans dedicated to preserving heritage techniques. This fall, we're opening our first Magazine Street boutique, featuring Passion Lilie alongside a curated mix of jewelry, accessories, and gifts, and we're looking for a friendly, reliable associate to help bring it to life.
THE ROLE
As a Sales Associate, you're the face of the shop — welcoming customers, helping them find pieces they'll love, and sharing the story behind our fair-trade mission. You'll be part of a small, creative team in a relaxed, supportive environment where there's real room to learn and grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Provide warm, attentive customer service and champion Passion Lilie's mission in everything you do
· Style customers and help them find the colors, fits, and silhouettes that work best for them
· Handle daily sales activities, including cash management, end-of-day reports, and cash reconciliation
· Process returns and exchanges for both the retail store and our online shop
· Receive new merchandise: unpack, count against the packing slip, tag with price/SKU, and display or organize
· Restock and steam inventory while maintaining the look and feel of the shop
· Assist with routine inventory counts and keep the space clean and inviting
· Occasional light admin, such as data entry or website updates
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· Organized, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
· A quick learner and a natural problem-solver
· Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in ethical fashion
· Able to lift heavy boxes
· Reliable transportation
· At least 6 months of retail customer-service experience preferred (entry-level candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply)
SCHEDULE & PAY
· Part-time: 1–5 shifts per week, each 5–7 hours
· We especially need coverage on weekends, so weekend availability is a strong plus
· Hourly wage based on experience ($14-$16), plus sales-based bonuses
