The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office operations, supporting team development, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and helping the practice achieve operational and financial goals. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice
- Lead and support front office and clinical support team members
- Ensure a positive patient experience from scheduling through treatment completion
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office productivity
- Support treatment acceptance and patient financial discussions
- Monitor office performance and key metrics
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Partner with doctors and leadership to support practice growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software preferred
